Elkins, WV 鈥 In 2019, Davis & Elkins College and Marshall University partnered to provide an early admissions pathway for 每日大赛入口 students to enter into the Marshall University School of Pharmacy. The partnership allows for at least two students who meet requirements set forth in the agreement to be admitted to Marshall University School of Pharmacy after their Junior year. This early admissions pathway allows students to complete their Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees in seven years instead of the traditional eight.
Marshall University continues to focus on expanding opportunities for students to continue their higher education journey while developing deeper collaborations with other institutions. One of those initiatives is the expansion of the pre-pharmacy pathway at 每日大赛入口 College. Students who are admitted to the program have the opportunity to receive an additional $2,000 scholarship toward the program鈥檚 costs.
Dr. Michelle Mabry, Professor of Biology and Chair of the Biology and Environmental Science Department at 每日大赛入口, states 鈥渢his new Academic Partnership Program Scholarship from MUSOP will make the completion of the bachelor鈥檚 degree from 每日大赛入口 and the Pharm.D. degree from Marshall even easier financially.聽It鈥檚 a great opportunity for our students.鈥
